At Ottoman Swords, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the Return Authorization form is included inside the box.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
